Where are sessions held?

Each healing session takes place in a private and sacred setting, carefully designed to create a safe, nurturing space for deep healing and transformation.

What do I need to bring?

Simply bring an open heart and mind. This is your time to focus inward, free of distractions, and fully engage in the experience.

How is this different to Therapy?

Unlike traditional talk therapy, Estelle’s sessions are heart-embodied and soul-centered, designed to go beyond conversations. They help uncover and address the deeper emotional and energetic layers of the issue you’re experiencing, leading to profound healing.

Can sessions take place on Zoom?

While Estelle encourages in-person sessions for the deepest connection and experience, she also offers Zoom sessions for those who are unable to attend in person. Wherever you are, the sacred space will be created for you.

Will the session be recorded?

To honor the sacred nature of the healing work and ensure your privacy, sessions are not recorded at this time.
