Episode 12:
Estelle with Ilaria Bernardini on Writing, Ritual and Adventure
I talk with Italian novelist, journalist and script writer Ilaria Bernardini. Together we talk about our first meeting and how Ilaria then transformed me into a character in one of her novels. Ilaria describes her relationship with her daily writing practise, how she works with her feelings of fear and how she manifested and wrote her partner into her life. She also shares how her love of adventure has shaped her life and how Wim Hof’s breathwork method has helped her to find strength and reduce stress.
