I’ve been described as ‘The Heart Whisperer’, and I’ve been supporting others to find more love, purpose, and connection for over 20 years through 1:1 healings, workshops, and retreats.
I’ve also created the True Essence ProcessTM and a Embodied Heart Healing
modality, which is accredited by the CMA (Complementary Medical Association).
I’m a fourth generation psychic and a meditator since the age of 6, having learnt
Transcendental Meditation –
the journey of the Soul has been an integral part of my life since the very beginning.

After learning Transcendental Meditation, the journey of the Soul
became an integral part of her life.
She is committed to helping others heal, express their truth and embrace and embody their true joy and potential.
In her twenties, Estelle followed one of her dreams to become a journalist and TV and Radio presenter, working for media organizations including the BBC, ITV and the Discovery Channel.
But the universe had another plan in store…Today, Estelle works privately on a one-to-one basis with clients in person and online in the UK and internationally.
She has also been holding Sacred Full Moon circles for over 20 years, which are now held online and have brought together a rich tapestry of people from all over the world.
Estelle has been working with Body & Soul Charity for eight years, where she has been inspiring and motivating young people from adverse backgrounds to heal and dare to dream.
She also leads love retreats, which offer a sacred shamanic space to facilitate long-lasting healing, transformation and manifestation.
Through her work and practice, Estelle has developed the Angelic Shamanic healing modality, which she teaches as a one-year practitioner training course.

Today, I work privately with clients in person and online in the UK and Internationally.
I’ve been hosting the Love Retreats in the UK for over 8 years. I’m also invited to hold workshops and meditations around the world and also to speak about the workings of the heart and its unique power to heal.
It’s been a privilege to facilitate inter–personal processing groups for Body and Soul Charity for the last 10 years.
Both supporting the team along with inspiring and motivating young people from adverse backgrounds to heal, and dare to dream, is a true honour.
My work and practice have led me to develop the
True Essence Process™ and a Practitioner Training Program. Throughout my work, I use an Embodied Heart Healing modality, which is trauma informed and accredited by the CMA.
I’ve also been holding Sacred Full Moon circles for over 25 years. These circles are now held online and have brought together a rich tapestry of people from all over the world.
